Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Warehouse Stock:📦 Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
- Handle Warehouse Staff: 👥 Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Travel to Respective Warehouse Locations: 🌍 Visit various warehouse sites to monitor operations, address issues, and implement improvements.
- Problem Solving: 🧩 Identify and resolve logistical challenges to enhance operational efficiency.
- Good Communication:🗣️ Utilize strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent Convincing & Negotiation Skills:🤝 Apply your negotiation prowess to secure favorable terms with suppliers and partners.
- Labor Management:⚙️ Oversee labor resources to ensure productivity and address workforce-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Education:🎓 MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management (2024 pass out)
